These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of CBG.com.cy (the “Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• “CBG” – Cyprus Business Group and its operators.
• “User” / “Member” – Any individual or business using the Platform.
• “Premium Member” – A paid account holder entitled to additional features and benefits.
• “Net Tokens” – Virtual reward points earned through platform engagement, with no cash value outside CBG.
• “Listing” – Any profile, brand, event, offer, or article posted by a user.

2. Membership

• Free and Premium memberships are available.
• Premium memberships are billed annually or monthly, with benefits as described on our pricing page.
• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not post offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Not misuse the “Net Tokens” system or attempt fraudulent activities.
• Respect other members’ privacy and intellectual property rights.

4. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the content you post but grant CBG a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute it.
• You confirm that you have the rights to any content you submit.

5. Net Tokens

• Tokens are earned by engaging with the Platform (e.g., posting, attending events).
• Tokens can be redeemed for eligible purchases within CBG (e.g., memberships, event tickets).
• Tokens have no monetary value outside CBG and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• CBG reserves the right to adjust, expire, or revoke tokens in cases of misuse.

6. Events, Sponsorships & Magazine

• Event organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details.
• CBG does not guarantee the success of sponsorship arrangements.
• Magazine listings and adverts must comply with our advertising guidelines.

7. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
• Prices are listed in Euros and include VAT where applicable.
• Refunds are only issued as required by law or under specific promotional guarantees.

8. Third-Party Links

CBG.com.cy may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

9. Limitation of Liability

CBG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cyprus.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
