The Art of Living: Finding Beauty Beyond Numbers.

My academic and professional journey has always been rooted in Finance and Management, a world of structure, analytical thinking and strategic decisions. Yet, alongside this professional path, there has always been another side of me, one naturally drawn to art, fashion, creativity and the beauty of artistic expression.

While finance have shaped my professional life, art and fashion continue to enrich the way I experience life. And the most exciting part is finding where these two worlds collide.

Art as emotion

The ability of artists to transform emotions, ideas and personal experiences into something tangible has always been intriguing to me. What makes art particularly beautiful is its subjectivity. Art creates a space where different viewpoints coexist, connecting people without requiring them to see the world in the same way.

Living in Cyprus offers me wonderful opportunities to discover and support local artists. The island has a wealth of creative talent deserving recognition, both locally and internationally. Supporting artists for me goes beyond appreciating their work; it also means recognising their dedication and encouraging their creativity.

Fashion as Art

From my perspective, fashion is another form of artistic expression. Fashion for me has never been about brands, labels or luxury, but about the creative journey behind each piece: the initial inspiration, the designer’s vision, the combination of textures, originality, craftsmanship and the remarkable attention to detail.

Over the years, part-time modelling in Cyprus has given me another perspective on the world of fashion. Participating mainly in fashion shows and events organised for charitable causes has been particularly rewarding, allowing me to combine my interest in fashion with the opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives. I would love to see more collaborations connecting Cyprus’s creative community with the international art and fashion worlds, creating opportunities for cultural exchange and the sharing of ideas. After all, some of the most inspiring creations emerge when different perspectives, cultures and talents come together.

An Aesthetic Way of Living

An appreciation for aesthetics extends beyond galleries and events. It is about being observant and recognising creativity in the world around us. Discovering encourages curiosity, openness and a greater appreciation of perspectives beyond our own.

Looking ahead, I have a desire to develop this passion into something more substantial, whether through creative collaborations or supporting emerging artists and designers.

I look forward to discovering where this passion may lead, and to the people, ideas and creative possibilities that may emerge along the way.

While professional life is only one part of our identity, the interests we pursue, the people we meet and the experiences that inspire us contribute just as much to our sense of self.
