Michael Bittner is a visual anthropologist and brand visualization expert based in Cyprus. He is the founder and creative director of Horus Horizon, a brand positioning and visual storytelling company working with founders and brands in Cyprus and internationally.

His academic background is in cultural anthropology, visual anthropology and transnational communication. His method, Fieldwork, comes from seven years of field research inside Harley-Davidson culture, where he studied why people buy into a brand and what they want to belong to. Before any camera is switched on, he asks who a founder or brand really is, how people currently see them, and where the gap lies. Then he turns the answer into films, photography and a clear visual direction.

He works with founders and executives, luxury real estate agencies and developers, and hospitality and marina brands. He directs and shoots the work himself, including aerial footage (4,000+ drone flight hours).

At the core of his work is one belief: people don't buy the better product. They buy the story they want to belong to. Visuals are not decoration. They are communication.
