With over 30 years of experience in the banking sector, predominantly in managerial roles, and 35 years of organizing charitable events—including roles with Radio Marathon, Lions Club (Vice President), BPW (Vice President), Cyprus Volleyball Organization, and the Center for Adults with Special Needs—Paola’s transition to event management was a natural progression. Her background in sports, marked by panhellenic distinctions, further enriches her ability to lead and inspire.
