Owners come to me when the business exists but the system around it does not, or the owner is not happy with the one they have.

I am co-founder and operating CEO of two digital platforms in Cyprus. FindPro (since 2024) is a services marketplace: you can post a request on the website, in the app, on Telegram or in our Facebook group, and the platform finds a professional ready to take the job. iPRO WAYs (since 2025) is an online delivery aggregator for Cyprus. I shaped both from the first idea and, together with the team, took them to working products with websites, mobile apps and live customers.

FindPro runs on a system built on automation and AI that replaces spreadsheets and supports both the manager and the team. Requests from social media and groups land in the CRM as tasks for a manager. Calls and chats roll up into a monthly team report. Post topics come from what people are discussing right now. Posts go out automatically, the system checks that they were published and collects the results into a metrics database. Plan vs actual for every project reaches the team as a Telegram reminder. iPRO WAYs is moving onto the same system.

Today I set up this system for other owners through LensDeck (lensdeck.ai).

For more than 25 years I have worked with plan vs actual planning and automation, most of that time on the owner's side. At a bank I built the planning function from scratch and brought the reporting of all departments into one system. Later, at a hotel development company, I ran financial planning and budget control and was part of the team that built project management software.

The goal is always the same: the owner sees the whole business and runs it, instead of piecing the picture together at the moment it is time to call in a turnaround manager.
