A Venezuelan expatriate who has lived in more than eight countries, Yadira has accompanied her husband’s career in the oil industry through leading companies such as Repsol, YPF, Shell, Ara Petroleum and Adnoc. Her global journey has taken her through Neuquén (Argentina), Nigeria, Malaysia, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Muscat, Oman, Marbella (Spain), and now Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where she currently resides.
Throughout her life, Yadira has witnessed how financial dependence within marriage can leave many women vulnerable after divorce, widowhood, or when children leave home. These experiences inspired her mission to teach financial independence and help women and families design a sustainable and fulfilling financial future.
Yadira holds a degree in Public Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Management. At just 21, she founded her own accounting firm. She later earned a Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Business Management in Argentina and an MBA from the European Business School.
She is also a Certified Systemic Coach (Febracis, Brazil), founder of the Carioca Sportswear brand, and has pursued advanced studies in Forex trading and financial markets in Singapore and Dubai. She did a coaching Robert Kiyosaki’s team, focusing on family wealth growth and asset multiplication.
Today, Yadira invests in stocks, cryptocurrencies, and she is expert in real estate, she manages several property investment for families in the UAE and Spain, and mentors individuals who wish to build their investment portfolios, create a solid Plan B, and design a financially secure retirement—with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
