IDEA Innovation Center, established in 2015 by the Bank of Cyprus and esteemed partners, is the largest non-profit incubator-accelerator in Cyprus, dedicated to fostering innovative startups and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Serving as a comprehensive entrepreneurship hub, IDEA offers a full spectrum of business support, guiding entrepreneurs from the initial concept stage through to sales, investment, and international expansion.

Over the years, IDEA has supported the creation of numerous SME companies and job opportunities, while also emphasizing education for teenagers, students, and young individuals, with a strong focus on promoting female entrepreneurship. The center has nurtured over 200 entrepreneurs across 89 startups, leading to the creation of more than 120 new jobs. Its startups have collectively achieved a portfolio valuation of €7.2 million and have garnered 47 awards in national and international competitions.

IDEA’s mission is to promote innovative entrepreneurship by providing aspiring entrepreneurs with the necessary tools to transform their ideas into viable businesses with a global outlook. The center offers high-quality training and services, creating new SME companies annually and fostering job creation. Additionally, IDEA educates teenagers, students, and youth, with a strong emphasis on female entrepreneurship.
