This Data Protection Notice is issued by the Company and it concerns natural persons who are current or potential customers of the Company or act as authorized representatives of legal entities or natural persons which/ who are current or potential customers of the Company or are the directors or beneficial owners of legal entities who are current or potential customers of the Company (hereafter “you” and/or “your”).

Definitions

“Processing” – means any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction; 

“Processor” – means a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller;
