Ubisoft has quietly rolled out a new feature for Assassin’s Creed Shadows on the Epic Games Store, giving players the ability to unlock in-game achievements—a feature that had been noticeably absent at launch. Adding to the excitement is growing speculation that Assassin’s Creed Shadows may arrive on the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2, slated for release on June 5. While Ubisoft has yet to make an official statement, the possibility of a portable version has captured the attention of fans who want to enjoy the title on the go.

Developers have described the DLC as “spookier” than the main campaign, hinting at a darker tone and new gameplay challenges. Importantly, players who pre-ordered the game before March will receive the DLC for free.
