The 2nd MMG HR Summit Mediterranean to Gather Senior HR Leaders, CEOs, and Founders

Limassol, Cyprus
March 11–12, 2026

The 2nd MMG HR Summit Mediterranean, one of the region’s most anticipated HR and people leadership events, will take place on March 11–12, 2026, at the Parklane Hotel. The summit is expected to welcome 300+ senior decision-makers, including HR Directors, CHROs, CEOs, founders, and business leaders from Cyprus and across the Mediterranean region.

Built around the theme “People. Culture. Connection”, the MMG HR Summit Mediterranean focuses on the real challenges facing organisations today — from leading global and hybrid teams to integrating AI responsibly, strengthening leadership under pressure, and positioning employee wellbeing as a strategic business priority.

The summit is designed to create space for practical insight, meaningful dialogue, and authentic connection. Alongside the main conference programme, participants will experience an exhibition area, curated networking, and interactive experience zones that encourage peer exchange and collaboration.

“HR today sits at the intersection of people, business, and society. At MMG, we believe that meaningful change happens when leaders are given space not only to learn, but to reflect, connect, and challenge how work is designed. The HR Summit Mediterranean is about moving beyond trends — it’s about shaping workplaces that are both high-performing and deeply human,”
says Nadezhda Gorislavtseva, Founder of Memory Makers Group.

Key Topics Include:

  • People and culture in global and hybrid organisations
  • The practical application of AI tools in HR
  • Modern leadership and trust-based management
  • Wellbeing as a driver of performance and sustainability
  • Real-world HR cases from international companies

Exclusive extra VIP Day: A Deep Dive into the Holistic Employee Experience

In addition to the main conference, a limited number of participants will have access to a VIP Day, featuring a full-day immersive workshop titled:

“The Holistic Employee Experience (HEX): How HR Can Co-Create Human-Centred Impact to Build a World-Class Organization.”

The workshop will be led by Ben Whitter, a globally recognised employee experience expert, author, Thinkers50-ranked thought leader, and one of HR’s most influential voices.

The HEX workshop introduces a structured framework for designing human-centred, high-performing organisations, guiding HR leaders through the employee lifecycle from pre-hire to retire. Participants will explore how world-class organisations embed purpose, trust, and sustainable leadership into their culture, while aligning brand, leadership, and employee experience into one cohesive system.

VIP Day participants will gain:

  • A clear understanding of the Holistic Employee Experience (HEX) model
  • Practical tools for designing meaningful employee experiences
  • Insights into trust-based, purpose-driven leadership
  • Strategies to link employee experience to measurable business outcomes, including Return on Experience (RoE)

The VIP experience concludes with an exclusive private dinner, offering a more intimate setting for reflection and high-level discussion among senior peers.
